3 markets
One global direction
From Europe through Dubai to the US, AplikAI is growing around one universal problem: job search is still too fragmented.

Our story
One problem. Global opportunity.
Job searching is fragmented in every market.
Opportunities, documents, applications, messages, and interviews still live in different places.
AplikAI started in Warsaw with a clear goal: connect the complete job-search process in one intelligent workflow.
We expanded our international presence through Dubai, working across European and Asian markets while developing a product designed for different candidate profiles, hiring practices, and search strategies.
Now we are entering the United States. Our direction remains the same: help candidates find relevant roles, prepare stronger applications, automate repetitive work within their own rules, and keep every next step connected.
AplikAI is not another job board, résumé generator, or indiscriminate auto-apply tool. It is the operating system for the complete journey from real match to interview.

GETTING STARTED
What is AplikAI, and where do its job matches come from?
AplikAI connects job discovery, matching, application preparation, automation, and tracking in one workspace.
Jobs come from supported job boards, public ATS career pages, company sources, imported links, and opportunities added manually. Source coverage and available data may vary.
What do I need to set up before AplikAI can start working?
Upload your résumé and complete your profile with skills, experience, preferred roles, locations, salary, and work preferences.
AplikAI uses this information for matching, résumé tailoring, Application Kits, and automation.
Can I use the résumé I already have?
Yes. Upload your existing résumé, use it as your default file, score it, or convert it into an editable Résumé Project.
You can improve it and create job-specific versions without replacing the original.
Do I need to connect Gmail to use AplikAI?
No. Gmail is not required for job matching, résumé tools, Application Kits, Manual Review, or the Tracking Board.
Connect Google only when you want to use supported Gmail application, communication, or scheduling workflows.
Can I manage different job searches at the same time?
Yes. You can create separate Autopilots and boards for different roles, locations, salary ranges, or work preferences.
The number available may depend on your plan.
AUTOMATION & APPLICATIONS
What is the difference between Job Search Autopilot and Apply Agent?
Job Search Autopilot finds and scores relevant opportunities.
Apply Agent prepares and processes eligible applications according to your thresholds, limits, method, consent settings, and review rules.
Can AplikAI apply to jobs automatically?
Yes, for eligible jobs and supported application methods.
You control the minimum match score, daily limit, Application Kit, sending method, consent preferences, and whether Manual Review is required.
Can I review every application before it is sent?
Yes. Manual Review lets you inspect the job, résumé, cover letter, follow-up, contact, and consent context before continuing.
You can then choose Apply, Reject, or Skip.
How does AplikAI decide whether a job is a good match?
AplikAI compares the job with your profile and preferences across criteria such as position, skills, experience, salary, location, and work mode.
The Match Score helps prioritize roles. It does not predict an employer’s decision.
What happens if an application cannot continue?
AplikAI shows the issue in Need Attention or the application status.
You may need to reconnect Google, add a contact, review consent settings, choose another method, or complete a missing step.
CONTROL, DATA & PLANS
What happens after an application is sent?
The job remains on your Tracking Board with its documents, messages, reminders, meetings, and activity history.
Need Attention surfaces replies, offers, interviews, and other important next steps.
Can I track applications submitted outside AplikAI?
Yes. Open the external application page, then mark the job as applied in AplikAI.
You can continue tracking its status, notes, reminders, files, and later activity.
Can I pause or stop automation without losing my progress?
Yes. You can pause, stop, update, or archive Autopilot and Apply Agent workflows.
Your jobs, documents, messages, statuses, and previous activity remain saved.
How do plans and tokens work?
Plans control feature access and usage limits. Tokens cover selected AI and automation actions.
AplikAI shows the relevant cost before supported token-based actions.
What access does AplikAI receive when I connect my Google account?
AplikAI requests only the permissions needed for supported Gmail and Calendar workflows.
You can disconnect or reconnect the account at any time without deleting your AplikAI job-search history.
