AplikAI is entering the United States.
After developing our product and working across Europe and Asia, we are ready to bring AplikAI to a new market, meet the US technology community, and learn directly from the candidates, founders, recruiters, and hiring teams shaping the future of work.
This October, we will be in California for both San Francisco Tech Week and Los Angeles Tech Week.
The official 2026 schedule places San Francisco Tech Week on October 5–11, followed by Los Angeles Tech Week on October 12–18.

San Francisco - October 5-11 | Los Angeles - October 12-18
From Europe and Asia to the United States
AplikAI was built around a problem that exists across markets: searching for a job still requires candidates to repeat the same disconnected work every day.
Relevant roles are spread across job boards, company career pages, and ATS platforms. Candidates compare opportunities manually, rebuild application documents, lose follow-ups in email, and maintain application progress in separate spreadsheets or trackers.
We created AplikAI to connect these steps in one AI-powered job search operating system.
The platform helps candidates discover relevant opportunities, understand why a role fits, prepare job-specific application materials, automate eligible application steps within their own rules, and keep every reply, reminder, meeting, and interview connected to the right job.
Europe and Asia gave us the environment to develop this workflow, validate different candidate needs, and build a product that supports more than résumé generation or basic application tracking.
The United States is the next stage of that journey.
" Building across different markets taught us that the job-search problem changes in scale, but not in structure. Candidates everywhere need relevance, speed, and control. "

Why We Are Entering the US Market
We see the US as a natural market for AplikAI because candidates face the same fragmented process at an even greater scale.
A single search may cover multiple job boards, ATS-hosted career pages, company websites, recruiter messages, professional networks, and direct applications.
Finding more listings is not enough. Candidates need a better way to identify which roles deserve their time, prepare stronger applications, act quickly, and stay organized after sending.
That is where AplikAI is designed to help.
AplikAI brings the complete job-search workflow into one system. It continuously discovers and evaluates opportunities, prepares job-specific application assets, processes eligible applications within candidate-defined rules, and keeps communication, follow-ups, interviews, and outcomes connected.
Candidates can choose how much of the workflow to automate. They can run a highly selective search with Manual Review or configure Apply Agent to process more eligible opportunities within clear thresholds and limits.
Our goal is not to create another tool that sends the same résumé everywhere.
Our goal is to build a controlled, intelligent workflow from a relevant match to every next step.
" We are not building a tool that sends the same résumé everywhere. We are building a controlled workflow from a relevant match to every next step. "

Meet AplikAI at San Francisco Tech Week
Our first stop will be San Francisco Tech Week, taking place from October 5 to October 11, 2026.
San Francisco is one of the most important places in the world for artificial intelligence, developer tools, automation, and the future of work.
We are coming to meet founders, product teams, investors, recruiters, career technology builders, and candidates who are actively experimenting with new ways to search, hire, and work.
We want to discuss how AI can support job seekers without turning the application process into indiscriminate mass applying.
We are especially interested in conversations about:
AI-powered job discovery and matching
Application automation with candidate-defined controls
Résumé intelligence and job-specific application assets
Human review in automated application workflows
Job-search analytics and outcome tracking
Candidate communication and interview coordination
Recruiter automation and lightweight ATS workflows
" San Francisco is where many of the technologies shaping the future of AI are being built. We are coming to show how that future can transform the way people search and apply for work. "

Meet AplikAI at Los Angeles Tech Week
After San Francisco, we will continue to Los Angeles Tech Week, scheduled for October 12–18, 2026.
Los Angeles brings together a different mix of technology, media, entertainment, consumer products, creative industries, startups, and global talent.
That makes it an important place for us to understand how job-search automation can serve candidates whose careers do not fit into one standard technology profile.
AplikAI is designed to support different search strategies.
One candidate may use Autopilot and Apply Agent to run an active, structured search across many eligible opportunities.
Another may use Match Insights, Resume Intelligence, Application Kit, and Manual Review to focus on a small number of highly selective applications.
Others may use AplikAI primarily to organize jobs, Gmail conversations, follow-ups, reminders, meetings, and interview activity.
We are looking forward to learning how US candidates and teams want these workflows to evolve.
" The best job-search workflow should adapt to the candidate — whether they are applying at scale, changing careers, or focusing on a small number of high-value opportunities. "
– AplikAI Team
What We Want to Learn
Entering a new market is not only about introducing the product.
It is also about listening.
During Tech Week, we want to understand how US candidates approach job discovery, résumé tailoring, recruiter outreach, application tracking, interview coordination, and AI-assisted applying.
We also want to learn from recruiting teams.
AplikAI for Recruiters is being developed as an AI recruiting workspace and lightweight ATS for automating candidate screening, pipeline activity, communication, and interview coordination.
The candidate and recruiter sides of the process should not operate as disconnected systems.
Our longer-term direction is to create a workflow where relevant opportunities, structured applications, candidate communication, hiring activity, and automation can remain connected while preserving clear controls for both sides.
See You in California
San Francisco Tech Week takes place on October 5–11, followed by Los Angeles Tech Week on October 12–18, 2026.
We will be there to introduce AplikAI, meet the US technology and recruiting community, collect feedback, and explore the next stage of the product.
If you are building in AI, recruitment, career technology, automation, HR software, developer tools, or the future of work — we would be glad to connect.
Europe and Asia were the beginning.
Now it is time for the United States.
See you in San Francisco and Los Angeles.
