Overview

Notion connects AplikAI with the workspace you use for personal planning, research, and career organization. Export selected jobs and application data to a Notion database, then keep important fields updated as opportunities move through your AplikAI workflow.

You can synchronize information such as the job title, company, source, location, work mode, salary, match score, application stage, important dates, follow-up status, meeting activity, and the recommended next action. Each Notion record can also include a direct link back to the complete job workspace in AplikAI.

The integration is designed for users who want a customized external view of their job search without manually copying every opportunity or status change. AplikAI remains the operational source for matching, Application Kits, Apply Agent, communication, reminders, and application history, while Notion provides a flexible reporting and planning layer.

You decide which database should receive the data, which fields should be synchronized, and which job-search events should create or update a Notion record. Sensitive documents and communication content are not exported unless they are included in the selected synchronization configuration.

How It Works

Connect your Notion workspace from AplikAI and authorize access to the pages or databases you want to use. Select an existing Notion database or create a dedicated job-search database for synchronized opportunities.

Next, map AplikAI data to the properties in your Notion database. You can connect fields such as job title, company, URL, source, location, salary, work mode, match score, board stage, application status, date added, application date, follow-up date, meeting status, and next action.

Choose which events should create or update a Notion record. A new page can be created when you save a Job Match, add an opportunity to a Tracking Board, prepare an Application Kit, or send an application. Existing pages can be updated when a job changes stage, a follow-up becomes due, a recruiter reply is received, or an interview meeting is scheduled.

Each synchronized record keeps a link to the corresponding opportunity in AplikAI. This lets you use Notion for dashboards, notes, weekly reviews, and custom reporting while opening the complete job, documents, communication, reminders, and activity history in AplikAI when action is required.

When synchronization is enabled, AplikAI updates the mapped Notion properties after supported workflow events. Disconnecting the workspace stops future synchronization without deleting the original jobs, applications, or history stored in AplikAI.
