Overview
Zapier connects the AplikAI application workflow with the other tools you already use. Create your own automations around job matching, application preparation, sending, follow-ups, recruiter communication, and interview activity without rebuilding the underlying process inside another system.
Use supported AplikAI events as triggers for your Zaps. An automation can begin when a new Job Match appears, an Application Kit is prepared, an application enters Manual Review, an application is sent, a recruiter replies, a follow-up becomes due, a meeting request arrives, or an item appears in Need Attention.
You can then pass the available job and application data to spreadsheets, task managers, databases, messaging tools, personal dashboards, or other Zapier-supported apps. Supported Zapier actions can also send information back into selected aplikAI workflows, allowing your own automation layer to work around the jobs, applications, and next steps already managed in AplikAI.
How It Works
Connect your Zapier account from AplikAI and create a new Zap using AplikAI as the trigger or action app. Select the event that should start the automation, such as a new matched opportunity, prepared application, sent application, recruiter reply, follow-up reminder, meeting request, or workflow exception.
Next, choose the external application that should receive the data or perform the next action. You can map the available fields from AplikAI, including the job, company, application status, match information, workflow stage, and relevant next-action context, into the destination supported by your Zap.
You can also use supported actions to connect external workflows back to AplikAI. For example, an automation may create a task for a new Manual Review item, record a sent application in a private spreadsheet, notify another communication tool about a recruiter reply, or trigger an available AplikAI action when a defined event occurs elsewhere.
Before activation, Zapier lets you test the workflow and confirm how the data is mapped. Once enabled, the Zap runs when the selected event occurs while the complete job, résumé, Application Kit, communication, and application history remain stored and connected inside aplikAI.
Automations that affect applications continue to respect the controls configured in AplikAI. Zapier does not bypass eligibility rules, consent preferences, supported application methods, or Manual Review requirements.
