Overview

Slack connects your workspace with selected AplikAI notifications and job-search controls. Choose where updates should be delivered and keep important activity visible without repeatedly opening the AplikAI dashboard.

You can receive notifications about new Job Matches, Job Search Autopilot activity, applications prepared by Apply Agent, items waiting for Manual Review, recruiter replies, offers, interview requests, follow-up reminders, and issues surfaced by Need Attention.

The integration also lets you interact with selected AplikAI workflows through supported Slack commands. You can check recent matches, review workflow status, request summaries, and control available automations directly from Slack while keeping the underlying jobs, applications, documents, messages, and activity history inside AplikAI.

How It Works

Connect your Slack workspace from AplikAI and authorize access to the channels where notifications and commands should be available. You can select which channels receive updates and configure the types of events that should trigger a Slack message.

When a configured event occurs, AplikAI sends a structured notification containing the relevant job, company, workflow status, and recommended next action. The notification links back to the correct opportunity in AplikAI, so the résumé, Application Kit, application history, messages, meetings, and reminders remain connected.

Supported Slack commands let you request selected information or control available workflows without leaving Slack. Depending on the command, you can view recent Job Matches, check Need Attention items, review the status of Job Search Autopilot or Apply Agent, request a job-search summary, and pause or resume supported automations.

Actions that affect applications continue to follow the rules configured in AplikAI, including match thresholds, application limits, consent preferences, and Manual Review requirements. Slack provides another control surface for AplikAI, but it does not bypass the safeguards or application settings defined in your account.
